We make use of human sources and a variety of intelligence gathering and data mining techniques to verify the background and reputation of individuals and corporations.

What is the process?

Typically, for a business transaction or an executive placement, the individual being investigated is aware of our activities and provides a personal information form (PIF). In some situations, clients prefer that the subject being investigated remains unaware of our inquiries. These types of investigations require us to gather the individual’s biographical information through other legal means. In either case, the information that we provide will include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following:

True beneficial ownership behind the corporate structure, including nominee arrangements and layered holdings across jurisdictions.

Financial background

Depending on jurisdiction, we provide a clear and accurate financial profile of the Subject or corporation which may include assets, banking information and investment activity.

How long does it take?

In most cases, due diligence inquiries can be completed with ten (10) business days.
